Platform Fees

4. Content and AI Agents
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to display and distribute it on our platform.
AI Agent Quality
AI agents should provide value to users and comply with our content guidelines. We reserve the right to remove agents that violate our policies.

5. Intellectual Property

Liability Limit: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Blockchain Risks: You acknowledge the risks associated with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency transactions.
7. Termination
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. We'll provide notice and opportunity to cure violations when possible.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately. Existing transactions remain valid and enforceable.
